Bilingual Immigration Junior Paralegal or Legal Assistant (English-Spanish)

We're looking for an enthusiastic and talented Immigration Junior Paralegal/ Legal Assistant to join our dynamic team! The candidate should be bilingual (Spanish–English) with experience in taking declarations, drafting legal documents, and direct communication with clients.

Requirements

• Bilingual (English-Spanish)
• Minimum of 6 months of experience in humanitarian immigration cases (VAWA, T Visa, U Visa)
• Experience in taking declarations and drafting legal documents
• Basic knowledge of immigration legal documents, processes, and workflows
• Demonstrated ability to write clearly, concisely, and accurately
