Job Description
Manhattan Associates is seeking an EMEA Operations Manager to lead and manage onsite support and operations activities across EMEA. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring high-quality support is delivered to end-users and stakeholders, and will have a strong technical expertise and proven leadership abilities.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience leading a helpdesk, desktop support, or onsite support team
- Prior experience managing or leading L2 teams preferred
- ITIL certification preferred
