Business Development Analyst

We are seeking a Business Development Analyst to lead capture efforts for high growth/priority areas for the firm. Ideal candidates will be highly experienced in developing pipelines, opportunity identification, and shaping and positioning activities leading to the successful capture of opportunism.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, or another closely related field of study, from an accredited college university.
• Five+ years' post-graduation progressive experience in business development or similar research-focused role(s); preferably in the government contracting or management consulting space.
• Experience with public and private marketing forecast tools and internal databases.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, to present organizational capabilities and align solutions with client requirements. Strong collaborative skills with internal marketing and communication team.
