Job Description
We are seeking a Data Collection Center (DCC) Interviewer to support the Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) Job Openings and Labor Turnover Survey (JOLTS). The ideal candidate will have strong call center experience, the ability to leverage call center technologies, and a commitment to improving operational efficiency and respondent engagement.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent plus two years of relevant experience.
- Two years of experience using Microsoft Office suite or equivalent software.
- Experience using the internet for research.
