Job Description
Manhattan Strategy Group (MSG) is seeking a Data Program Specialist to support a large-scale technical assistance and capacity-building initiative focused on out-of-school time (OST), expanded learning, youth development, and education programs. The Data Program Specialist will provide technical assistance and operational support related to data collection, reporting systems, and program management platforms.
Requirements
- Associate’s degree or higher in information systems, education, data management, public administration, social sciences, or a related field.
- Experience working with large-scale software applications, databases, reporting systems, or program management platforms.
- Experience providing technical assistance, help desk support, training, or user support services.
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively across teams and stakeholders.
