Job Description
Manhattan Strategy Group is seeking an experienced education and youth development leader to direct a large-scale technical assistance and capacity-building initiative supporting out-of-school time, expanded learning, and youth development programs.
Requirements
- Master’s degree or higher in education, youth development, public administration, social sciences, or a related field
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant programmatic and/or administrative experience in out-of-school time (OST) programming, youth development, education programs, or related initiatives
- Experience managing complex projects, contracts, grants, or multi-partner initiatives
