We are looking for a People Operations Specialist to support the daily operational management of frontline workforce across active projects, involving shift coordination, absence & replacement management, onboarding of new employees, and direct support of field staff.
Requirements
- Daily coordination of frontline workforce (100+ employees)
- Managing absences and last-minute replacements
- Supporting shift planning
- Onboarding new employees into active projects
- First point of contact for field employees (phone & in person)
- Supporting operations during incidents and urgent situations
- Handling basic HR tasks (leaves, sick days, employee records)
- Experience in operational environments (workforce, retail, security, hospitality, logistics, or similar)
- Comfort with intensive phone communication and multitasking
- Ability to make decisions under pressure
- Practical, solution-oriented mindset
- Strong organizational skills and fast response time
- Very good MS Office skills
- Basic HR knowledge (onboarding, leave handling) considered a plus
