Job Description
The Associate Case Manager Talent Community is a pool of applicants who can be considered for future opportunities in case management. As an Associate Case Manager, you will contribute to a collaborative team environment, learn about MPI legislation and PIPP policies, and develop skills to manage low complexity claims.
Requirements
- Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Medical Rehabilitation, or a related discipline
- OR Degree in Business, Arts, or related discipline and Certificate in Rehabilitation Case Management, Rehabilitation Benefit Administration, Disability Management Practitioner, or related case management discipline
- One year experience in customer service in insurance or case management
