Job Description
As a Collections Analyst, you will be responsible for identifying delinquent accounts, notifying customers, and recovering balances. This position reports to the Credit Manager and is located in Shady Grove, Pennsylvania.
Requirements
- Maintain DSO's and bad debt write-offs at minimum levels
- Produce and monitor accounts receivable reports
- Effectively use problem solving skills to address issues with accounts
