Payroll Analyst

The Payroll Analyst is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll for all employees in compliance with company policies and applicable regulations. This role involves analyzing payroll data, resolving discrepancies, preparing reports, and collaborating with HR and Finance teams to support payroll operations.

Requirements

• Proficiency in payroll software, specifically ADP
• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas)
• Familiarity with HRIS and financial systems
• Understanding of payroll tax regulations and labor laws
• Ability to collaborate in a team environment
• Attention to detail in ensuring accuracy in data entry and documentation.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines under supervision.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive payroll information
• High school diploma or associate degree
• 5+ years payroll experience
• ADP software experience
