Job Description
We are seeking a Client Advisor to respond to client expectations, detect their needs, and negotiate commercial conditions. You will be responsible for handling client requests, analyzing client files, and relaunching clients in the absence of response.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a commercial curriculum
- First experience in the same type of position in the Service Clients
- Knowledge of office and information tools and CRM
- Genuine sense of listening and developed team spirit
- Patience, self-control, and client orientation
