Requirements

• Handle technical requests regarding incidents, diagnostic breakdowns, and resolve requests
• Analyze and perform diagnostics on material and/or software issues detected daily by supervision tools
• Communicate with client services from other business departments: telecommunications/telephony and printing, on common issues
