Assistant Manager - Client Accounting

Manpower is seeking an Assistant Manager - Client Accounting to join our client's existing accounting team. The role involves close collaboration with senior management and junior colleagues, clients, and other service providers, requiring excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Requirements

• Qualified Accountant (Masters in Accountancy) or ACCA
• 3-5 years experience in an accounting firm, a CSP, or a similar environment
• Knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)
• Experience with various accounting software packages, including Sage Evolution and Microsoft Excel
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team of accountants
• Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills
• Ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Pro-active and organised with a keen eye for detail
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a can-do attitude approach
• Proficiency in Microsoft software
