Job Description
Develop strong relationships with prospects and clients, demonstrate products/services, and negotiate sales deals. Collaborate with technical team and stay updated with industry developments.
Requirements
- Proven track record in sales, with a minimum of 5 years experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience selling technical products and/or software considered a plus
- Experience with payroll, HR and/or accounting systems considered a plus
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on exceeding sales targets
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently
- Good negotiation skills
- Good analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Good command of the English language. Maltese language considered a plus
- Proficiency in using CRM software, Microsoft Office and other relevant sales tools
- In possession of a valid Driving License
- Meticulous and attentive to detail
- Have a keen interest in technology
- Appreciate the value of technology and like understanding how businesses work
