Job Description
We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst to form part of our Cross-Functional Teams, working closely with stakeholders to manage project delivery and release schedules, and ensure timely completion of client requirements and service requests.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business and Computing or a similar qualification
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the payments or financial services industry
- Strong understanding of requirements gathering processes
- Basic knowledge of a scripting language (SQL)
- Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, or similar project management tools
- Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
