Job Description
Manpower is seeking a Team Lead Client Accountant to manage a portfolio of clients, build relationships, and mentor junior team members. The role involves overseeing management accounts, VAT returns, and annual audit processes, as well as supporting new business opportunities and participating in client meetings.
Requirements
- Fully qualified accountant with at least 2+ years of senior experience in client accounting
- Strong technical knowledge in client accounting, VAT, and related areas
- Excellent English communication skills
- Proficient in Excel, Outlook, Word, and SAGE
- Ethical, organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
- A proactive team player with strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn
- Social, collaborative, and comfortable in a dynamic environment
