Job Description
MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Enterprise Operation Center (EOC) Systems Analyst to join our team in Arlington VA. This is a third shift (10pm-6am) position, working onsite. The candidate will provide Tier II IT Systems support on a wide range of technologies and write Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Requirements
- Providing Tier II IT Systems support on a wide range of technologies
- Writing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Participating in processes throughout all phases of the ITIL Service Lifecycle
