EOC Systems Analyst

Join MANTECH as an EOC Systems Analyst and work on advanced tech and innovative solutions. This is a full-time, third-shift position working onsite in Arlington, VA.

Requirements

• Providing Tier II IT Systems support on a wide range of technologies
• Diagnosing and resolving performance, security, and/or technical challenges
• Writing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Participating in processes throughout all phases of the ITIL Service Lifecycle
• Performing requirements analysis, requirements gathering, and integration
• Providing direction and guidance to less-experienced Systems Engineers
• Investigating and resolving operational problems
• Working on project teams responsible for engineering and packaging releases
