Journeyman Telecommunications Engineering Specialist, Mobile Device Management

MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Journeyman Telecommunications Engineering Specialist, Mobile Device Management to join our CASTLE-NET Program team. This is a remote position. Be a part of an agile team to provide the U.S Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) OCIO/G-6 with agile, innovative, customer focused, and cost-effective integrated enterprise IT support services in support of the USACE vision of engineering solutions for the Nation’s toughest challenges.

Requirements

• Providing Mobile Device Management (MDM) and securing mobile devices within the CASTLE-NET program while ensuring consistent configuration with enterprise architecture standards
• Providing end-user support, configuration, upgrades, problem resolution, and security remediation for phones and tablets
• Ensuring system security, performance, and availability, while maintaining comprehensive documentation of system configurations and procedures
• Applying expertise on multiple complex work assignments, utilizing originality and innovation to develop methodology and present solutions to technical problems
• Working with all stakeholders to ensure complete and functioning systems that meet all requirements and exceed the expectations of USACE end-users
• Delivering vital solutions and strengthening the IT foundation with secure, innovative, and modernized technological solutions
