Linux Systems Administrator

MANTECH seeks an experienced Linux Systems Administrator to join our team in the Fort Meade, MD area. Responsibilities include administration and support for multi-platform operating system environments, automated security hardening solutions, and automation workflows for identity and access management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field and 10+ years of relevant Systems Administration experience
• 10+ years of experience in systems administration of software and hardware supporting IT system development and testing
• Extensive experience with Linux administration
• Experience utilizing Ansible or comparable infrastructure-as-code tools
• Experience managing enterprise virtualization platforms and associated Storage Area Networks
• Experience with NiFi or cross-domain solutions
• Familiarity with Identity Management solutions like Keycloak
• Experience with DevOps tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, SaltStack, or Puppet
• Proficiency in scripting languages including Python, Bash, or Perl
• Experience collaborating with teams to integrate and deploy new technologies into production environments
• Knowledge of network devices and protocols
• Familiarity with Windows administration and Active Directory
