Personnel & Training Analyst

MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Manpower, Personnel, and Training Program (MPTP) Analyst to join our team in Stafford, VA. The MPTP Analyst will leverage their strong technical background and knowledge to support the Marine Corps in capability development objectives.

Requirements

• Conducting MPTP Analyses consistent with Marine Corps capability development objectives and developing comprehensive Analysis Reports.
• Developing, refining, and staffing MPTP Plans while participating in Integrated Planning/Product Team meetings and collaborative events.
• Collecting, assessing, and interpreting data in support of MPTP estimates and conducting thorough reviews of system programmatic documents.
• Working with all stakeholders to ensure defense acquisition policies, instructional systems, and design processes meet DoD, DoN, and USMC directives.
• Applying knowledge of MPTP tools including the Total Force Structure Process, Systems Approach to Training Handbook, and Determination Analysis Tools.
• Maintaining and updating system documentation such as Critical Training Task Lists, Instructional Performance Requirements, and Initial Summary Reports.
