Job Description
Join MANTECH as a Program Manager in Belcamp, MD, and contribute to shaping the future of defense through advanced tech and innovative solutions. As a motivated and customer-oriented Program Manager, you will work in support of the Army for the Network Modernization & Mission Network Technical Service Support program (NetMod).
Requirements
- Provide comprehensive program management and oversight of all activities performed by contractor personnel, including subcontractors
- Collaborate and coordinate with third-party vendors, service providers, and carriers to enhance program delivery
- Plan strategically in an environment of changing budgets, technical, and regulatory requirements
- Increase cost-effectiveness and improve performance through innovative technologies and commercial practices
- Facilitate cross-functional, cross-branch, and cross-division communication to meet project goals with minimal customer impact
- Ensures program deliverables and results meet requirements regarding technical quality, reliability, schedule and cost
- Maintains an ongoing interface with various organizational colleagues to ensure effective and efficient utilization of resources, planning and execution
- Coordinate with the Government to discuss financial reporting, invoice requirements, and other financial requirements of the program
