As a member of the Aviation Combat Element (ACE) Branch, you will manage developmental projects related to crewed and uncrewed aviation capabilities, including providing expertise on the aviation element of the Marine Air-Ground Task Force (MAGTF).

Requirements

• Provide expertise on the aviation element of the Marine Air-Ground Task Force (MAGTF)
• Guide planning of science and technology (S&T) projects from start to completion
• Manage schedule, budget, resources, and processes
• Ensure program execution and activities adhere to contractual requirements and internal USMC/DOD policies
• Set, communicate, and track goals for program according to strategic objectives
• Support and facilitate technical meetings, working groups, reviews, and briefings
• Provide USMC leadership with timely assessments of project performance
• Participate in technology demonstrations and formal testing events
