Security Manager

Role Overview

Join MANTECH as a Security Manager to assist the Marine Corps Deputy Commandant for Information ICD 705 Task Force. This role involves overseeing the construction and operation of Sensitive Compartmentalized Information Facilities (SCIFs) and Special Access Control Facilities (SAPFs).

What You Will Do

Serve as Task Force Site Security Manager, document delivery of materials, and oversee construction activities. Assist with planning and transporting structures, and provide organized documentation to support accreditation.

This role requires a motivated and career-oriented individual with experience leading or operating SCIF/SAPF or constructing ICD 705 facilities. The ideal candidate will have a TS/SCI security clearance and be able to perform 5% travel.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• 10+ years’ security experience leading or as part of a team operating SCIF/SAPF or constructing ICD 705 facilities
• Formal instruction on construction of ICD 705 structures
• Ability to perform 5% travel
• Experience with MS Word
