Senior Telecommunications Engineering Specialist

MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Senior Telecommunications Engineering Specialist to join our CASTLE-NET Program team. This is a remote position.

Requirements

• Managing and securing mobile devices within the CASTLE-NET program
• Provides end-user support, configuration, upgrades, problem resolution, and security remediation for phones and tablets
• Ensures consistent configuration with CASTLE-NET enterprise architecture standards
• Ensuring system security, performance, and availability, as well as maintaining comprehensive documentation of system configurations and procedures
• Provides technical/management leadership on major tasks or technology assignments
• Establishes goals and plans that meet project objectives
• Has domain and expert technical knowledge
• Exceed the expectations of U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) OCIO/G-6 IT end-users
• Deliver vital solutions and strengthen the IT foundation with secure, innovative, and modernized technological solutions
