Job Description
Join MANTECH and shape the future of defense with advanced tech and innovative solutions. Lead the design and implementation of enterprise-level ServiceNow solutions as a motivated and customer-oriented ServiceNow Architect. This is a hybrid role with 4 days onsite and 1 day remote.
Requirements
- Lead the architectural design and technical governance for the ServiceNow platform, ensuring total alignment with organizational objectives
- Design and develop complex workflows, business rules, and custom applications utilizing JavaScript and ServiceNow APIs
- Coordinate with stakeholders and internal teams to navigate system requirements, deliver quality technical solutions and ensure the security, scalability, and maintainability of ServiceNow solutions
- Oversee system integrations and data flows between ServiceNow and external enterprise systems
- Recommend and implement process improvements to streamline development lifecycles and platform administration
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams to ensure the successful execution of ServiceNow projects
- Stay current with ServiceNow platform advancements and emerging trends to drive innovation
