Job Description
Quality Manager for Wheel Production at Freudenstadt Location. Creating, updating, and managing quality documents and processes. Analyzing quality indicators and implementing measures for improvement.
Requirements
- Creation, updating, and management of quality-relevant documents and processes
- Analysis of quality indicators, complaints, and derivation of measures for improvement
- Close cooperation with production, purchasing, development, other departments, customers, and suppliers
- Cause analysis in cooperation with production, development, and suppliers
- Implementation of sampling and requalification checks
- Knowledge of common quality methods (e.g. 8D report, Ishikawa, 5-why)
- Programming and implementation of measurement tasks (e.g. coordinate measuring machine and manual measuring tools)
- Implementation of incoming/outgoing goods inspection and series-companion inspection
- Creation of inspection plans
- Support of training and sensitization of employees to QM topics
