Job Description
The Senior Race Engineer will manage the engineering of a car and driver at international racing events, focusing on maximizing performance. This role involves preparing and delivering performance plans, analyzing data, collaborating with engineering groups, and continuously improving car and driver performance. The engineer will contribute to developing both soft and hard tools, working independently and in a team.
Requirements
- Degree or equivalent qualification
- Proven high level Race Engineering and Performance Engineering experience
- Strong Science, Physics and Data driven background
- Good communications skills
- Work calmly and professionally
- Strong computer skills in data analysis software (Pi Toolbox ideally) and MS Office & VBA
- Eligible to work in Germany
- German language would be beneficial
- good English language is essential
