Job Description
The Senior Maintenance Technician will be responsible for maintaining and repairing industrial equipment, troubleshooting issues, and mentoring junior technicians. This is a hands-on role that requires strong problem-solving skills and experience with electrical and mechanical systems.
Requirements
- 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience (mechanical + electrical)
- At least 1 year in a lead or senior-level role
- Strong troubleshooting skills with motors, controls, and mechanical systems
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams
- Experience using diagnostic tools (multimeters, vibration tools, etc.)
- Knowledge of preventive maintenance and equipment reliability
- Familiarity with safety standards (LOTO, OSHA)
