Maintenance Technician Senior

We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician Senior to join our team in East Peoria, IL. The successful candidate will be hands-on with industrial equipment, troubleshooting complex mechanical and electrical issues, and leading by example on the floor.

Requirements

• 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience (mechanical + electrical)
• At least 1 year in a lead or senior-level role
• Strong troubleshooting skills with motors, controls, and mechanical systems
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams
• Experience using diagnostic tools (multimeters, vibration tools, etc.)
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance and equipment reliability
• Familiarity with safety standards (LOTO, OSHA)
• Experience with CMMS systems is a plus
• PLC or automation experience is a plus
