We are looking for a Customer Service Department Cash Group Staff (Revival Responsible) to provide guidance on revival examination results, manage payment of revival premiums, and handle inquiries related to the above duties.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in actual business duties of life insurance, or equivalent experience.
- Experience in creating, editing insurance-related administrative manuals, etc.
- Native-level Japanese written and spoken communication
- Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, presentation)
- Desired person with understanding of insurance products and business
- Problem-solving ability and decision-making
- Continuous improvement and customer-centric thinking
- PC skills (Access, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.), especially basic database creation in Access and Excel function or VBA use is preferred
- English skills are also preferred
- Insurance-related qualifications (Life Insurance Lectures or Life Insurance University) are preferred
