Job Description
Manychat is seeking a Senior Business Operations Manager to own strategic initiatives, build operational infrastructure, and drive transformation at scale. This role involves collaborating with the COO and Chief of Staff to redefine processes, build stakeholder alignment, and leverage proven scaling frameworks. The ideal candidate will drive measurable improvements in organizational effectiveness and contribute to the company’s journey towards 100 million ARR.
Requirements
- 6-8 years in strategic operations, management consulting, or business operations roles at scaling companies
- Experience with transformation tracking and growth (200-500+ people)
- Comfort operating as a peer to senior leaders and influencing department heads
- Change leadership experience
