Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Manager, Platform Growth and Operations to lead the team in growing the online platform/marketplace while ensuring good user experience through various business initiatives and online platform tactics. The role involves leading and guiding the team, driving market performance, establishing frameworks and processes, and collaborating with other departments.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in operations with frequent use of analytics or data
- 2+ years of experience managing a team
- Strong business acumen and ability to make tradeoff with clear business objectives in mind
- Previous experience working with, analyzing, and presenting findings from large data sets
- Proven track record of effective stakeholder and project management
- Ability to work effectively with cross-cultural and functional teams
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with fluent proficiency in written and spoken English
