Machine Learning Engineer (AI Core Team)

Manychat is a leading Chat Marketing platform looking for a Machine Learning Engineer to join their AI Core team. The role involves designing and delivering ML/LLM solutions, building and iterating on AI agents, and working closely with the Python Platform team to productionize solutions.

Requirements

• Machine Learning & LLM Expertise
• Solid understanding of ML algorithms, metrics, search, RAG, and agent design
• Experience with frameworks like LlamaIndex, LangChain, or similar
• Hands-on tuning with PyTorch, TensorFlow
• Experience with LLM evaluation and benchmarking
• Strong Python engineering background, ideally three or more years in production environments
• Experience building backend services (FastAPI, Docker, Pydantic, PostgreSQL)
• Familiarity with cloud environments and monitoring is a strong plus
• Clear communication in English
• Ability to work independently, iterate fast, and collaborate with product, data, and engineering teams
• Product mindset and comfort working in a fast-moving environment
