Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related fields.
- ITIL Foundation V4 certification and certifications related to monitoring, observability, cloud, networks, or security.
- Good English level to collaborate with international teams.
- Knowledge of operational environments 24x7 and IT operation centers or NOC/SOC with demonstrable experience working within them.
- Advanced knowledge of critical incident management in high-volume transactional ecosystems.
- Good handling of ticketing tools like Service Manager or similar and monitoring or observability platforms.
- Experience performing technical diagnostics in multidisciplinary environments, including knowledge of infrastructure, networks, middleware, databases, security, distributed architectures, and corporate services.
- Ability to analyze logs, metrics, and traces.
- Ability to correlate events, perform impact analysis, and root cause analysis (RCA) with structured methodologies.
