At The Knolls of Oxford, a Resident Care Partner plays a vital role in enhancing residents' quality of life by providing daily support, fostering dignity and independence, and ensuring each individual's physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Prior experience working as caregiver or resident aide preferred
- Compassionate team player with passion to work with the elderly
