General Labor Holding House 1st and 3rd shift

We are seeking a General Labor to join our team at Maple Leaf Farms in Milford, IN. The successful candidate will be responsible for safely moving ducks, assisting with unloading market-age duck trailers, and maintaining excellent facility cleanliness.

Requirements

• Ability to read and understand written instructions in English
• Previous poultry or agricultural experience
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and safely handle live poultry up to 10 lbs.
• Comfortable with bending, twisting, and moderate ladder climbing
• Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work with minimal supervision
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with others at all levels
• Basic knowledge of hand tools preferred
• Ability to stay calm and focused in fast-paced or high-pressure situations
