Job Description
The Executive, Finance will be responsible for the Accounting function based in Singapore, assisting with financial closing, analysis, and audit preparations, and ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Diploma in Accountancy/Finance or ACCA or its equivalent
- Minimum 3 years' of relevant experience in accounting, preferably in real estate industry
- Well-versed in SFRS(I) and other accounting regulatory requirements
- Proficient in MS Office particularly MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with SAP, Blackline, BPC and Tagetik, Power BI system(s) and/or real estate knowledge would have an added advantage
