Job Description
This role is a vital part of the M&E and operational support for property M&E systems at Mapletree Industrial Trust in Singapore. The position involves ensuring smooth site operation, managing tenant requests, overseeing M&E upgrades, and ensuring compliance with building safety standards. It focuses on building automation, maintenance, and project management.
Requirements
- Degree / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or a related Engineering discipline.
- At least 2 years of relevant experiences and have supervised juniors.
- Sound knowledge in tenant management, building maintenance, technical services and construction work.
- Experience in building automation system would be an added advantage.
- Proficient in MS Office Applications (Word, PowerPoint and Excel). Experience working with SAP will be an added advantage.
- Certification as a Fire Safety Manager will be an added advantage.
