This position is for a Finance Manager, responsible for accounting, reporting, and financial management for Mapletree Investments Pte Ltd, focusing on the TKGK and TMK structure. The role involves preparation and submission of financial statements, managing a service provider, liaising with various stakeholders, and leading ad-hoc projects.

Requirements

• Real Estate SPC accounting or tax knowledge is required.
• Chartered Accountant (CA) degree or equivalent.
• 7-10 years of relevant accounting experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity.
• Excellent grasp of GAAP and IFRS.
• Experience with SAP and BPC.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
