Job Description
The Manager, Property Asset Management will be responsible for formulating and executing asset management strategies and plans for the real estate portfolio, working closely with internal departments and external parties.
Requirements
- Degree in Real Estate, Building, Business, Finance, Engineering or its equivalent.
- At least 8 years of experience in asset management with good knowledge of the local markets.
- Experienced working with project development teams.
- Experience with SAP will be an advantage.
