Job Description
Mapletree is seeking a Property Accountant based in New York City to manage full spectrum of finance functions, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and company policies. This role involves reviewing financial statements, budget, variance analysis, and cash flow forecasting, and liaising with stakeholders both domestically and internationally.
Requirements
- Review financial statement and supporting schedules.
- Prepare monthly IFRS financial statements.
- Prepare intercompany reconciliation.
- Review yearly budget and forecast.
- Analyze monthly actual vs budget variance.
- Prepare monthly flux analysis.
- Calculate recovery ratio.
- Prepare cash flow forecasts.
- Ensure payment compliance.
- Liaison with US & Singapore counterparts.
