Requirements

• Degree in Estate Management, Building, Business Marketing
• 3-4 years of relevant experience in marketing and leasing
• Sound understanding of the real estate industry
• Strong presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Registered as Salespersons under the Estate Agents Act (EAA) or possessing equivalent real estate salesperson qualifications
• Relevant experience in the same industry will have added advantage
