Vice President, Investment, Data Centre (Based in Tokyo, Japan)

This position involves the Group’s investment activities in Japan, focusing on asset acquisitions, development projects, and M&A. The role is reported to a regional CEO based in Singapore, requiring strong business acumen and financial modelling skills. Responsibilities include building relationships, developing business strategies, and managing investment transactions.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Building, Real Estate, Business, Finance or related discipline
• At least 15 years’ relevant working experience in real estate investments
• Resourceful, a keen analytical mind, and proficiency in financial modelling
• Good financial product knowledge, experience in site selection, business development & development management in Data Centres properties investments
• Excellent leadership skills, strong initiative, good business & financial acumen, and independent working in a fast-paced environment
