Community Human Resources Director

The Community HR Director plays a critical role in leading the day-to-day operations of the human resources function within the community with the goal of reducing turnover and improving associate satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field
• At least five (5) years' experience in Human Resources
• Proficiency in HRIS and payroll systems
• Experience in healthcare industry preferred
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization
