The Resident Services Nurse (Licensed Practical Nurse) assists the Resident Services Director with implementing, delivering, and coordinating Resident Care Services. The nurse supervises associates, assists with medication programs, and maintains positive relations with residents and families.

Requirements

• Supervise Resident Services Department associates
• Assist with medication program and resident self-administration of medication
• Maintain positive relations with residents, families, and physicians
• Report incidents and changes in residents' needs
• Support resident assessments and service plans
• Assist with clinical assessments/recertification's
• Support hiring and managing performance within the department
• Assist with training and orientation of new associates
• Attend and participate in scheduled in-service programs and meetings
