LPN/RN Wellness Nurse - Part Time 5p-9p

We are seeking a Part Time LPN/RN Wellness Nurse to assist with Resident Care Services at the Community. The successful candidate will supervise department associates, assist with medication programs, and maintain positive relations with residents and families.

Requirements

• Supervise Resident Services Department associates
• Assist with medication programs and self-administration of medication
• Maintain positive relations with residents, families and physicians
• Support completion of resident assessments and service plans
• Assist with clinical assessments/recertification’s per ALSA requirements
• Support Resident Services Director in hiring and managing performance
• Attend and participate in scheduled in-service programs, training programs and associate meetings
