Revenue Manager

The Revenue Manager is responsible for overseeing all revenue including accounts receivable functions related to third-party billing, private pay billing, collections, and reimbursement processes. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to expedite payments and resolve account discrepancies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
• Several years of progressively responsible accounting experience
• Previous experience in third-party medical billing (PointClickCare and Yardi experience preferred)
• Experience with computerized ERP systems
• Working knowledge of Medicaid, Medicare, and insurance billing processes
• Understanding of General Ledger entries and account reconciliation
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in computer systems and billing software
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and follow through on outstanding accounts
• Dependable and professional
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
