Job Description
The Office of Administration and Innovations Intern will support high-impact projects related to consulting, analytics, strategy, communications, and executive leadership initiatives in a leading healthcare organization. The role will collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to conduct research, analyze data, and contribute to projects that improve healthcare delivery and operational effectiveness.
Requirements
- Must be a current student enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree program in Business, Health Administration, Public Health, or a related field
- Must be available to work full-time, 40 hours a week, for a minimum of 12 weeks
- Previous experience in consulting, analytics, healthcare operations, or project management is a plus
- Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications
- Exceptional attention to detail, strong written and verbal communication skills, analytical thinking, and problem-solving ability
- Must be able to commute to the Washington, D.C. regional office as needed
- Candidates must either currently live in or be willing to relocate to the Washington D.C. metropolitan area
