Head of Operations | Operacionālais/-ā vadītājs/-ā

We're looking for an experienced Head of Operations to lead and optimize our operational functions across Mapon’s 8 global branches, with a strong focus on cost control, lean methodologies, and project management.

Requirements

• Strong experience in operations management, preferably in a SaaS, telematics, logistics, or technology-driven company.
• Demonstrated success with lean methodologies.
• Proven experience managing multi-country or global operations.
• Strong background in cost control, budgeting, and operational analytics.
• Hands-on experience with warehouse and inventory management.
• Experience leading customer support and field technician teams.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
